This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through Rabbitts and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Rabbitts sells digital products including The Business Mountain business documents, templates, downloadable materials, podcasts and other digital content.

Where you purchase digital content that is supplied immediately, you may be asked to expressly consent to the supply beginning during the statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that, where applicable under UK consumer law, this means you lose your right to cancel once supply or downloading has begun.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

2. THE BUSINESS MOUNTAIN DOCUMENTS & TEMPLATES

Our documents and templates are supplied as practical business resources. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, accounting, tax or other specialist advice where such advice is required.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and adapting documents appropriately for their own circumstances before use.

Where a document is downloaded and printed by the customer, Rabbitts is not responsible for the customer’s printer, printer settings, ink or toner, paper, print quality, scaling, margins or other equipment or settings used to reproduce the document.

If the digital file supplied by Rabbitts itself is defective, corrupted or materially different from the product purchased, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

3. PODCASTS & AUDIO CONTENT

Rabbitts/The Business Mountain provides 15 free Mini Pods so customers can sample the style and content before deciding whether to purchase paid podcast material.

We recommend listening to the free Mini Pods before purchasing individual paid podcasts or the discounted complete podcast collection.

Where paid digital audio content is supplied immediately, the rules concerning immediate digital supply and cancellation rights described above apply.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied digital content remain unaffected.

4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS & PRINTIFY MERCHANDISE

Physical merchandise is currently available for delivery to USA addresses only. Customers worldwide are welcome to order where delivery is to an eligible USA address.

Many Rabbitts physical merchandise products are produced to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners such as Printify and its print providers.

Being printed or produced after an order is placed does not, by itself, remove a consumer’s statutory cancellation rights.

For ordinary non-personalised goods bought online, UK consumers will normally have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to the applicable legal rules and exemptions.

After notifying us of cancellation, the customer will normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Customers should contact Rabbitts before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions. Products should not be returned directly to a Printify print provider unless Rabbitts specifically instructs you to do so.

5. PERSONALISED GOODS

The statutory cancellation right may not apply to goods made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where the statutory exemption applies.

This exception will only be relied upon where the product genuinely falls within the applicable statutory exemption. A standard product is not treated as non-returnable merely because it was manufactured or printed after the customer placed the order.

This does not affect a customer’s rights where personalised goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

6. SIZES, COLOURS & CUSTOMER CHOICE

Please check product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, colours and other options carefully before ordering.

Where an ordinary non-personalised product is simply the wrong size or the customer changes their mind, statutory cancellation rights will apply where the customer qualifies for them.

Where a personalised product has been made to the customer’s specifications and the statutory personalised-goods exemption applies, a change of mind or incorrect size selected by the customer will not normally create a cancellation right.

This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

7. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong product, please contact Rabbitts as soon as reasonably possible and provide details of the problem.

We may ask for photographs or other reasonable information so that we can investigate the issue with the relevant fulfilment provider.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits the customer’s statutory rights.

8. RETURN POSTAGE

For a change-of-mind return under the statutory cancellation right, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law and where they were informed of this responsibility.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not conform to the contract, Rabbitts will deal with reasonable return arrangements and costs in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. REFUNDS

Where a cancellation or return qualifies for a refund, Rabbitts will process the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For a valid cancellation of physical goods, this will include the appropriate standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. Any additional delivery cost resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered does not have to be refunded where the law permits.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

10. LARGE OR BULK PHYSICAL ORDERS

If you are considering a particularly large or bulk physical merchandise order, we recommend contacting Rabbitts before ordering so that availability, production, delivery arrangements and any product-specific requirements can be considered.

Bulk quantity alone does not remove any statutory consumer rights that legally apply to an order.

Orders placed wholly or mainly for business purposes may be subject to different legal rights from purchases made by consumers.

11. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Rabbitts accepts orders from customers in different countries where products and delivery services are available.

Delivery times, production location, return arrangements, taxes, customs duties and other charges can vary depending on the destination and fulfilment arrangements.

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to a customer under applicable law.

12. CONTACTING US

If you need to request a cancellation, return or refund, or report a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact Rabbitts at orders@rabbitts.com.

Please include your order number and enough information for us to identify the purchase and understand the issue.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy excludes, restricts or overrides rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
